Packing

We, Maxaner International as manufacturer and processor understand the value of packing and protection of the stone however, stone is hard material but in transportation, it may break in many pieces, edges and damage the surface of polished stone. Since the port distance in India is very long from source and processing unit so it is very necessary to protect the material with all aspects.

In our factory stone is protected according to size and thickness, normally it is packed with wooden crates to protect by breakage, scratches, water, acid etc.

We get the crate made in our factory premise to keep our quality of packing standard better, choose the fine quality of wooden strip according to measurement, the dimension, weight and finish keeping in our mind. After the debarking the wooden strips we fasten with strong iron screw and apply the chemical treatment. We also use the polystyrene box to protect the POLISHED tile to maintain safe its quality reaching Buyer’s door step. Our versed packaging team works to improve customer’s satisfaction taking every step and procedure of International packing standard while packing stone in crates or polystyrene box. After shifting the material in crates we envelop each crate with plastic cover and tighten with strong belt to fix the crate.

Plastic Bags: Pebbles and other small stones can be packed in Jumbo plastic bags reduce the packing cost of the material it would be safe as crates and easily handling. These bags are fold & stitched after stuffing for safe handling.

Corrugated Box: These boxes protect the edges of the soft material like slate and Mosaic. It can be used for Mirror Polished tiles to protect the polish of surface from scratches, stain, moisture and dust. A couple of tile to ten can be packed in strong multiply corrugated box.

Polystyrene Box: A 10-20mm thick polystyrene box is used to pack to protect the high quality gloss mirror polished tile size 15x15cm to 60x60cm breakage, water and dust it is more costly than corrugated box.

Plastic Crates: Some countries & Buyers prefer plastic crates rather than chemically treated sea worthy strong wooden crates as per requirements of custom.

We also provide the special packing according to our Buyers need & country’s requirements to protect stone tile or slab finish, edges etc. or its article.
